night client entertaining one cold winter's night, we were surprised to
find our plumber smiling and awake in our family room. The smile
immediately put us at ease, assuring us that nothing traumatic had
happened. But why was he still at our house? We had left hours

Our heater had a complication that required it to be
monitored while on, and he had returned at the end of his work day to insure
that the house got warm enough to stay warm through the night, until he could
return to make the required repair. He wanted to make sure that our infant
daughter stayed warm!
